    Finding houses for rent, Greenstead
    Hi,

I'm a first year student looking for a house to rent with some friends for next year. For circumstances out of my control, we missed a lot of the good 4-bedroom houses to rent so now we're left with the Greenstead area. Is it safe? How bad is it really? Also, will more houses go up throughout the year or is February/March it? Can anyone suggest any local letting agents to contact for help, too?

    Thanks!

Greenstead is really not as bad as its made out to be, sure if you are from a apart of the country where you have never lived in a council estate its ever different
These crime in greenstead sure, I knew people who were mugged and broken into, but as a whole its not that bad, students are easy targets, if you have a good head on you its fine
Try to stay as close as you can to tesco, don't go to deep into it

the uni normally have a notice board in the accom website
