    stressed about exams next week.
    am really stressed about my first third year exams which start next week monday and am really scared about it! am studying really hard but nothing seems to stick in my head! HELP PLEASE.

    That's kind of the same as me lol (in 1st year atm) I seem to have tried every different way of learning & still haven't found out what suits me best, maybe I'm already working at my full potential & if you are too then you should just be satisfied for that & never ever think that your inferior to anyone else that gets better grades. I would advise you to have a chat with your module leaders & see if they can help. On the stress side maybe see a counsellor that can empathise with your feelings, eat lots of fruit & vegetables, perhaps try yoga or something similar, exercise regularly, get at least 8 hours sleep each night etc. Just remember there's more to life than just exams. If you don't get a 1st class degree for instance your life isn't going to end. You will still most likely have a loving family & true friends that appreciate you for who you are
