Student finance help

Hello guys,
I am really stuck on my student finance. The section where my dad needs to register. My dad is already registered for my older brother last year when he was applying to Uni. I just want to know if my dad can use the same customer reference number.

Yes he can. If your dad tries to register, it'll say that he already registered.
We're having the same problem now, however, it's been around 5 years since my brother was registered, and since then my Dad has a. Forgotten his custoemr reference number, b. changed his email address c. most definatly forgotten his question/password (for what is most likely the step after inputting the CRN) :tongue:

Any way of him being able to start completely again? Will going the paper form option help at all, or do they ask for the same kind of stuff?
