My favourite is thick cut back bacon, unsmoked. Served in a floured white roll with a good layer of butter. Then either topped with Mayonnaise or a slither of vegemite.

British bacon needs to be smoked but I prefer American bacon. Thick cut. The thicker the better. Fried. No butter because it takes away some of the delicious bacony taste.

I like smoked back bacon, all of the fat nice and crispy, on buttered soft white bread (or a soft roll) with ketchup.

Back bacon, unsmoked on white rolls that have a dusting of flow on top, i also throw and egg in there and add dashings of worcestershire and tabasco on the bacon with a pickle on the top of the bread
