Cool, i chose to find my own accommodation because the halls were too expensive for me. ive got my own kitchen, ensuite so im happy with that Student ID? dont you get that in september?

I know the halls are more money than what i expected :/ well I asked them for mine and got it- but obviously I can't book accommodation unless they offer me via email etc.
I think they give priority to unconditional first

I've got an unconditional too. Was wondering if you do have an unconditional offer and have applied for student housing, when we would find out? On an open day they told me mid may, but was wondering if its changed or anything.

Glad to hear! im sorry i cant help you with that question. But i know how you feel! its just exciting and im very impatient when i was waiting for my offer from coventry, they took ages but finally got it!

I made my decision about a month ago, and now I'm just...standing by and waiting for them to contact me, I guess? Blegh. I'm not sure they actually have everything needed and I've tried calling the international applicants office for a few weeks, to check up on the whole thing, to no avail. E-mailing them has been of no use as well, as the person I've been in contact with doesn't quite seem to get what I'm asking. I'm a bit stressed out by the whole thing, but hopefully this is just... normal of them? Oh well, I'm holding my thumbs that everything's gonna be A-OK!

I have Coventry as my insurance, although it looks like I'm going to end up there which I prefer more than my firm offer which is Liverpool University. I'm hopefully going to be doing Economics. I've seen the new Guardian 2013 University Rankings and I've been very pleased that Coventry has climbed the rankings
One of my close friends go to Coventry and she does like it and enjoy it, although I just want to know what other peoples opinions are. What is the best accommodation in terms of most sociable, most accessible to Uni and value for money. Also, hows the quality of teaching and how friendly are the staff. Lastly, how multicultural is Coventry, my friend tells me that its pretty diverse, which I like so I can meet different types of people from all walks of life.
