Which LSE hall should I go to?

I'm currently living in Rosebery, and it sucks. The whole place is far outdated and the prices are definitely overcharged. I've checked out the other halls, which have much more modern rooms and facilities. It feels cleaner there too. The staff only respond with

Hi ! I'm ending up International Hall next year and I will be studying at LSE. What do you know about this place, how is it? Have you got friends from LSE who are there?

I got assigned to the Lilian Penson Hall, but I am not entirely happy with the option since it doesn't have any kitchen and is quite far away from LSE as well.

Could someone please recommend a nice, private student hall in London? Somewhere not too far from LSE, but affordable as well. I will be extremely grateful. Also, can I contact Rosbery or Sidney Webb to assign me a room or its useless to contact them once LSE has allotted a room to a student?
