Re: Get really hot and flustered/itchy easily, even in MILD heatI sometimes get like this, and it's so uncomfortable! It could be an allergy. If it gets too uncomfortable, take an antihistamine and drink lots of water, and it should go pretty quickly.
Otherwise, it could be the clothes you're wearing, maybe wear slightly looser clothes and see if that helps?
