I am considering to reapply for medicine. Although the problem is I will only have AAB/A*AB by the end of this year (I am already a reapplicant)
I have also decided I will be going university, so that limits my choice even more. I don't know any universities that would accept my grades either. It seems more and more likely that I will have to go towards the GEM way.

Have you tried emailing the universities you're interested in and explaining your situation? That's usually the best place to start. And GEM isn't the end of the world, it just means it'll take you a little longer to get where you want to, but hopefully it'll be worth it. Best of luck in whatever you eventually decide to do.

I hated S1 too, especially Normal Distribution at the end...

Loved Standard Deviation though - the formula was very useful for AQA Unit 6 EMPA

Aw I loved Normal Distributions. The all seem straightforward once you know what you're doing It's those permutations that really piss me off:mad:

    Anyone on second gap year?
Technically yeah, I was a year ahead at school but was ill during year 13 and missed a lot of school, so I applied this year instead. This will be my second application. Still sucks though.

    Academic info:
A-Levels: A*A*AAB(+ ad in AS levels)
    UKCAT 2011/2- 702.5
    BMAT 2011/2- 5.8, 6.2, 1.5A

Rejected by Barts and St. Andrew's without interview (due to poor PS), Pooled by Cambridge but ultimately rejected (pooled due to poor BMAT essay score), and rejected by Peninsula post interview (Feedback on the interview said I was "Overly and unnecessarily nervous").

I'm considering taking my non- medical offer (Durham for Anthropology) and applying during my first year because I'm not too keen on taking another gap year. Anyone else applying whilst on another course?

    Good luck to everyone applying

Interesting course choice you have there! I've been considering anthropology if I don't get in this time round. Just wondering what made you choose it as a back up?

just do loads of past questions..like literally anything you can get your hands on. and if you have spare time try some questions form other boards to see how much you can apply your knowledge. Good luck I'm sure you'll be fine
