Basque players always seem very loyal and very hard working but, and I like to think this is a direct result of Messi/Barcelona, so many of the 'potentials' in world football have great work ethics at the moment. They seem to have grasped that if they can be a part of a team then their ability will elevate the team and make it easier for them to shine as opposed to trying to be a one man show all the time.

i'm in no position to challenge fergie's tactics, but could someone please explain why the f he constantly uses 4-4-2? We're always so open at the back just playing with 4 in the middle
