Hi, I have just booked onto the assessment centre in Manchester on the 1st of May, is anyone else going to this one? Or if anyone has already been can they tell me anything about it?

Hey Emma, Well done on getting to the last stage.

Im also booked on the same day and venue as you for the trainee management programme.

As far as im aware, I was told it was such things as roleplays/how you would deal with certain situations etc. I believe this is done by individual and group exercises to see how well/how effectively you work as a group and on your own.

Dont quote me on this as im sure there is more to the day than just the things ive mentioned
