Queens vs Ulster Accommodation

I have applied for courses in Law at both Queens University Belfast and the University of Ulster (Jordanstown campus). Could anybody give me some advice into where is the best to stay? I am planning on staying in on-campus accomodation for both and will be attending Jordanstown. However, I liked that Queens accommodation (The Elms) was in the middle of Belfast and was apparently a better quality that the Jordanstown accommodation. I also was attracted by the possibility to make more friends if I go to Jordanstown yet, stay in Queens accommodation as I would come into contact with more people.
I would like to know the best for; price, location, quality etc according to those who have stayed at the accommodation.
I would also like to know if single or mixed sex accommodation is more enjoyable? Thank you!
