I always write if I use a belt because I know I get a lot of weight out of it. I also note if my PBs are belted or unbelted. If I can't do a heavier weight I will sometimes try the same weight unbelted and for me that is more of a PB that with one. I don't write about my knee sleeves or wrist supports though.
Yeah I'm just in the habit of writing down certain things. Warm up sets with the bar are one thing, and so is equipment I use. It's not that I necessarily think either of those things matter. I do think training time is actually quite a useful thing to make note of though, especially when you're training more bodybuilder style.
OK Not in a gym today, had very limited equipment in my shed. Also workout in 2 halves because my parents made me food. I had a barbell which probably weighed 40 kilos, maybe a bit less, so that is what I used for everything.

10, 7.5, 5 all for 10 reps. 2 sets
Haven't had a good night's sleep since I got home from uni. Also got eczema on my face which looks like ****ing face herpes. Life is going bad at the moment. Football's going OK though, like I said, so that's something.
