Re: Favourite place in the world?
1) The special needs summer camp I worked at in a teeny town called Vaughn, in Washington state, just woah. In fact Washington in general is mind-blowingly beautiful
2) Chicago. I'm not a city dweller and usually get overwhelmed just by going to London, but this place...oh man oh man oh man. If I go through life without ever getting the chance to live here I will be so full of regret!
3) My home, Dorset
The Jurassic coast never ceases to amaze me, and wherever I end up in the world, this is the only place that will truly be home

Re: Favourite place in the world?Yeah but the weathers crap most of the time which takes away the beauty.(Original post by mindful man)
You really don't have to travel overseas or take exotic 'gap yahs' to find beauty. There's so much in the UK that is taken for granted. -
Re: Favourite place in the world?
When I was a kid it was WDW in Florida. Now, it's Malta.
Valletta is just amazing for a history buff like me, didn't even get to see much of the island outside it, planning another trip next year (hopefully) to visit the central town (Mdina) and the other island (Gozo.) Great culture, food and drink (Kinnie is the best drink I have ever tasted) and history to the whole place. -
Re: Favourite place in the world? What tiny villages? Me and a friend are going to France for a month and want to go to places like this - any recommendations?(Original post by minthumbugs)
Paris or Dubai. Or the tiny villages in France
. I think the happiest and calmest I've ever been is when I went camping with my friends on a gorgeous day, sitting on a field and watching the world go by...

Re: Favourite place in the world?Sorry, I can't remember some of them as we kind of got lost and just ended up in these villages. But we have friends in Toulouse and they recommend: Montauban, Albi, Carcassonne and Lauragais. I think we visited Mortemart and it was gorgeous! I want to go back now! Have fun(Original post by tpxvs)
