    Preparing for Consulting Internship
    I secured an 8 week summer internship in Management Conultancy at one of the Big Four but it's just occurred to me that having only done science-y A Levels and a science degree I'm probably lacking knowledge of some fundamental economic and management concepts because I simply haven't been exposed to them.

    So what kind of preparation can I do ahead of starting in about 3 months?

    Well, having secured an internship in consulting you surely have an awareness of what goes on in the consulting industry and what you will be doing in your 8 weeks, so why not read more about that.

    To be honest, they already think you know enough to go and work for them, so right now I would just enjoy the all the days-of-doing-nothing that you can
