Wow, just found out from my that to actually get my B on that exam I only had to get 50/120 ums, so definitely feel a lot better about that now.

The grade boundaries for the coursework have been the same for the past few years. If you got full marks, that would be 90 UMS. I think working it out for any other score is guesswork. The teachers must have a pretty good idea what a raw mark would work out to be. But still, it can change from year to year.

What did you get? I got 41... Would that be roughly 82 or..?

Last year 37 raw was 72 ums, and 45 raw was 90 ums.
I got 44, but I never got told a ums score, so I can't be sure. My teacher only gave me the total ums I was on before this exam, and what I would need to get an A overall. The A boundary last year was 480/600, B was 420.

That's what I thought as well, its OCR so they would never listen just was wondering, given the number of complaints for other exams!

It looks like all the exam boards have made it a hundred times harder for A2 students to get their uni places this year

I agree, even Edexcel maths A2 modules have been a lot trickier

You can't. The majority of centres get moderated so you won't know what you have scored until results day. Using past grade boundaries and trusting your given mark is about just as god as sticking your finger in the air ...

Yes, I really want to see the questions, could you write them up and with the amount of marks for each, that would be great.
