LOW: Just a teaspoon of sugar artfully sprinkled. And 'red' milk (which I always have anyways so it's no hardship).

HIGH: 3 biscuits in one go, with a thick layer of sugar. Possibly a banana+honey if I can be faffed, though that's not really high (clearly I'm a plain Jane when it comes to weetabix).

Low: either a Mini Milk or actually, a whippy 99 - without the flake. Because it's whipped, it's full of loads of air. So it feels indulgent, but really..it's a low option in comparison to others!

High: A magnum or a feast. The beast of all ice creams.

HIGH: Chinese Special Fried Rice. Mmm... Chinese takeaway Rice Pudding is also pretty good, with golden syrup and maybe a few raisins

LOW: Fish Sushi. M&S is good, though I usually go for Tesco's coz it's cheaper and more convenient!

HIGH AND LOW OF: Marshmallow based treats.

low = sugarfree marshmallows, they give you aaaache though!
high = you dip the bastard in chocolate. then toffee sauce. roll around in chopped salted peanuts and brush warmed raspberry jam over.

LOW: Salmon Sashimi. Delicious beyond words, and, let's face it - you can't get any lower in calories than raw, thinly filleted strips of Salmon, now, can ye?

HIGH: Salmon and Cream Cheese Roule en Croute. Effectively a roulade of salmon and cream cheese (think a swiss roll made out of fish and cheese), THEN COATED IN PASTRY. Serve it up with thrice-buttered Goosefat chips for a REAL heartstopper!

WHAT ARE YOUR HIGH AND LOW OF: FROZEN DESSERTS?

WHAT ARE YOUR HIGH AND LOW OF: FROZEN DESSERTS?
LOW: Yoomoo Frozen Yogurt. I've now tried the plain, strawberry, chocolate and the one with pumpkin seeds. I rate them all. Really lovely flavours and ideal pot size. On offer at the moment too in ASDA

HIGH: Those frozen chocolate gateaux things. Mmm. You know the ones? With the thin chocolate layer edge, soft centre, cakey bottom. JOY.

High and low of: Prawn dishes

LOW: McDonalds Fish Fingers or McDonalds Filet o Fish. Sounds mad but even the smaller fish bento boxes and sushi sets tend to be 250 kcals +, but a serving of Maccy Dee's Fish Fingers are less than 190 calories. The filet o Fish is actually the lowest calorie of their "premium" burgers; 350 versus the next lowest, the McChicken Sandwich, at 395 (with their "value" burgers, Hamburger and Cheeseburger, weighing in at 250 and 295 respectively).

HIGH: A Large Fish Pakora. Fish or Cauliflower Pakora are my favourite, and despite being less fattening than Lamb or Chicken Pakora, Fish Pakoras (alongside Fish Kormas and creamy fish curries) have far more calories than even deep fried Chippy Haddock. But of course, I don't eat fish kormas, as I do not like fish-based desserts.

Low: A punnet of pomegranate seeds. I love these. And I was told once they use pomegranate to make coca-cola, it's fascinated me since. Probably a lie! But yeah I find they're a good snack to last a long time with the little seeds. And full of flavour.

High: Dried fruit. So deceiving. When it's candied it can stack up mega calories. And you can get through mounds without noticing. I especially love dried sweetened cherries.

    LOW: Sesame Snaps!!

Who woulda thought that the more decadent-sounding of my choices would end up to be the lower-end fix? At 140 kcals for three of these, they offer a SUPER SWEET SEED FIX!

HIGH: Chocolate Hob Nob Nutty Nibbles.

Who's going to deny that mixed nuts, chocolate, toffee and MINI HOB NOBS all together in one bag are going to be deadly!! And FIVE SERVINGS per tiny 125g bag?! Ouch.

What's your HIGH and LOW of SOLID CHOCOLATE BARS?

    LOW: Raspberries, Blueberries, Brambles.
At less than 30 calories per 100g (quite a few!) you can load on the delicious fruit without fear of oversaturating yourself with calories in the morning!

HIGH: Galaxy Counters/Dairy Milk Giant Buttons/Cashews.
Yes, I do (very, very rarely) do this!! Adding chocolates and nuts to your porridge makes for a super-decadent treat, but a ridiculously deadly one indeed!!

Toto, you genius. Melissa, I join you in this 'Ode To Toto' topping adventure!

Granted, I rarely go to KFC any more, but if I do:

HIGH: Oreo Krushems (374 cals) or Large Fries (362 cals)
LOW: Popcorn Chicken (283 cals) or BBQ Rancher Salad (130 cals)

High and Low of Lunchbox snacks? (i.e. not the sandwich or crisps or drink, the fun treat bit )

Low: A nestle Aero biscuit bar - at 99 calories a pop, totally delicious aero with pieces of shortcake on the bottom for added crunch. Can't go wrong.

High: A couple (lets say, 3 :P) Mr Kipling Vienesse whirls. Especially the chocolate ones. Not overly high at 145 per one, but times that by 3 and it stacks up considering it's a few bites and it's gone.

HIGH: Garlic Bread! Goddamn you garlic bread pizza, you get me every time. Especially cheesy garlic bread. Also, baked mushrooms as they usually come with cheese nowadays, and breadcrumbs, deep fried. I'm thinking it's not so healthy as a mushroom could be

LOW: Lightly Toasted Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, low on the olive oil.
Or AntiPasti (the meat board), its not too carby as you can control the bread amount, not too calorific seen as its all meat. Also, olives.

HIGH: BROWN PLATE. This is an epic rule most of my friends subscribe to (that I don't fully adhere to). Everything on the plate must be brown - that is to say, either battered, breaded, fried... OR MEAT. Veggies, Plain Carbs, soups etc are FORBIDDEN.

Meaning PRAWN TOAST CHICKEN BALL CURRY RIB-WING WONTON MARYLAND SPRING ROLL MADNESS!

LOW: Stirfry Vegetables, Volcano Mushrooms, Chicken Satay, Beef with Mushrooms, Chicken Noodle Soup!!

I like to think I can eat a bit of each. Or all of each. YEAH. ALL.

High: Kettle Chips! The red ones, bloody love em and Nando's crisps! Though not the spicy one; I ain't no fire breather lightly salted tortillas are also my achillies heel... Wait, the bags empty, but I swear i only had like 3?!

Low: Prawn Shells (tescos own version of skips), French Fries (salt and vinegar/ready salted) or Snackajacks. All good cripsy options in my view!

High and Low of homemade sandwich fillings!
