FOOD AND DRINK: I Had Two Options, High or Low. Either Way My Craving's Gotta Go!
DISCLAIMER:
Let me just start by saying OVERTLY that I am not saying "LOW CALORIE YES, HIGH CALORIE NO!" - yet I still anticipate the ignorant "I can't believe how people still think calories are some kind of evil" obligatory post. With that disclaimer out of the way, LET US PROCEED!
In this thread, the first poster suggests a food or drinky category. From there, the second poster picks their two favourite options - the highest, most calorie-dense, heavy craving-killer, and their lowest, most calorie-light craving-beater!!
So, if someone was to say to me, "What's your High and Low for... CHAIN RESTAURANT CHICKEN?" I might post...
HIGH: KFC Zinger Box

This is still the lowest calorie of all the KFC box meals and even when you choose the lowest-calorie sides, packs in a beastly 1100 kcals! (A big daddy box is 1600). But I love me the zing-zing.
LOW: Nando's 1/4 Chicken (Breast) and Ratatouille
With a quarter chicken breast at 135 calories and a portion of ratatouille 92, you get an amazing tasty meal for less than 250 calories; less than a 6-pack of McNuggets and a damn sight more appetising/filling!
From there, I would then suggest something for the next person's HIGHS and LOWS! Easy, right? Even if you don't know the exact numbers, I'm sure you can estimate (I nearly said "guesstimate" there; if I had, I would've had to punch myself in the neck).
So I'll get the ball rolling. What's the next poster's HIGH AND LOW OF... COOKIES? -

HIGH: Tesco Finest Triple Chocolate Chunk cookies. At about 355 kcal a cookie, these certainly aren't "light" but they sure are delicious! If you're a chocolate lover like me, these cookies are for you.
LOW: If I'm really craving a cookie fix but don't want to blow the calorie bank, I opt for a multipack of Maryland mini chocolate chip cookies. The small bags stop me over-eating, with still the same full taste..rather than the Weight Watcher cookie option. About 125 calories a bag.
High and Low of...NUT SNACKS? -

HIGH: Chocolate Macadamia Nuts.
Macadamias are some of the highest fat nuts around, and covered in chocolate, they are ridiculously addictive. I can easily polish off a tray if I get up to speed; dangerous territory!!
LOW: Whole Walnuts.
Okay, so NO nut is low in fat, but Walnuts are one of the least offensive, and their tough shells means it's difficult to overeat them due to the ordeal of cracking them!

HIGH: Footlong Tuna Mayo on Italian Cheese and herb bread, would I like cheese? Yes. Double cheese? YES.
LOW: 6inch wheat subway club, mix of Turkey, ham and beef I think. And with a light sauce and lots of veg.
High and low of: Chocolate bars -

HIGH: Super Noodles and Melted Cheese on toast!
Carbtacular Carbsplosion. For an even more calorific feast, shove some ketchup or Nandos sauce on there, and make sure it's thick doorstop white bread.
LOW: Laughing Cow Triangle on toast.
And for some reason, I always prefer cream cheese on wheaty, brown toast!

Low: I'll go for a good old bag of Skips or French Fries. Flavoursome but not calorific at less than 100 cals a bag.
High: if I'm really going for it, Cheese Savouries or Kettle Chips are my nemesis! Mainly because it's a case of eating a whole bag without realising it...

Low: I suppose a Tesco light choices Croissant isn't bad for your waistline at 150 each, and they're decent sizes ^_^

High: Not a huge breakfast fiend, but if I'm going loco on pastry I do really love a warm, very generously packed, pain au chocolat.

HIGH: Anything Jordan's Country Crisp-y. But especially this Yoghurt and Raspberry Crisp - to die for, but you need about five "recommended" portions and it's not worth looking at the nutritional info because you will probably keel over from the remorse.

LOW: Weetabix. Two bisks are 128kcal, I believe. I always have three though, but no need for guilt and I like that I don't need to measure. Very satisfying!

LOW: Coco pops I guess. Since the main ingredient is air you can fool yourself into thinking you're eating more than you actually are. Mystically.
HIGH: Swiss Familia nougat squares. They are the devil's child. But so good.

Low: Single decker Walkers Salt and vinegar Baked crisp sandwich.
Heh. I don't like any other sandwich apart from crisp ones, oddly.

the highest calorie i can think of would be galaxy caramel or cookie crumble
WHATS YOUR HIGH AND LOW OF lolipops
High: M&S kids chocolate lollipops. I used to love these when I was younger, they were by the tills..just a real thicky, milky lush chocolate. PURE INDULGENCE.
High and low of..ready meals
