I am looking for a student to take over my room at the end of March till my contract finishes on 1st July, as I am going to Sweden for a 3 month internship. In desperate need!

This room is in iQ student accommodation in Woodhouse, Leeds. Top floor flat with great views and well maintained room. The room has a double bed, free fast internet, heater, lots of storage space and en-suite bathroom. The building is gated so very secure and 24hr security. Also has a car park, taxi company opposite and a bus stop right outside which takes you to the city center for £1! Free parcel delivery and free content insurance.

It is a 5 room shared flat, all 3rd year students so lots of studying and no noise. The kitchen and living space is large and comes with the usual electrical stuff. There is a communal area with large TV, pool table, vending machine and also washing and drying room. Very cheap.
