I am sure you love it, everyone seems to love manchester!!!!! its a great place
Haha i'd like to go catered but i'm veggie so not sure if the food would be a bit rubbish.
Yeah, i can't wait now!
I've read that the veggie option from the catered isn't bad.
But nothing beats cooking yourself I guess! -
Re: University of Manchester Firmers and Insurers 2012About an hour drive so not too far away(Original post by iamlovinit05)

Re: University of Manchester Firmers and Insurers 2012
Firmed for Chem eng
AAA and chose it since imperial were antisocial enough to offer 3 A*s and also the third year in industry looks like a sweet deal
Accomodation wise it'll have to be Fallowfield, leaving me with a choice between OP OH and richmond -
Re: University of Manchester Firmers and Insurers 2012
im thinking of putting Whitworth park as a preference in september and am a bit curious as to how the single sex areas work. My boyfriend would come to stay for a day or two with me when i start at uni, but would he be allowed to stay with me in a single sex flat?
And is the same in other accommodation?

Awesome
. Sheavyn looks quite nice, but it's kinda expensive. I think it shares it's freshers week with Ashburne but i'm not too sure!

Re: University of Manchester Firmers and Insurers 2012I can't say for certain, but based on experience of single sex areas of accomodation in other universities that'd be no problem whatsoever. Yeah, you'll be put in a flat with people your own sex, but it's not as though they'll stop guys from coming in, it's not a boarding school.(Original post by whita)

Re: University of Manchester Firmers and Insurers 2012I did not have an interview. I got 3A* 6As and a couple of Bs in GCSE. Don't worry about GCSE's tbh.......i dont think they care much abt gcse's.......as long as you have a good personal statement, a good reference and meet thier minimum requirements.....you should be offered a place.(Original post by kaboon-supreme)
