Re: huddersfield 2012Hi just saw this. I'm a first year student nurse this year and I took out 43 weeks. I'm moving in with friends in July. If you take out 51 in halls it would be difficult because most people move out in the beginning of July into houses with friends.(Original post by Surfing_the_shine)
HI i'm going to be starting tha adult nursing programme in september and i'm wondering about what length of tennacy i'll need, 43 or 51 weeks?
thanks. -
Re: huddersfield 2012There isn't much difference between them though, isn't the only difference standard plus are ensuit?(Original post by ab94)
I don't think there can be many of them rooms, most have gone for standard. Are you on 'yougo'?
No, I'm not, sorry

the only difference are that the standard plus rooms have been refurbished -
They're all ensuite at storthes but the standard plus ones are refurbished and have a TV and leather sofas in them too which the others don't have(Original post by JamesH1994)

Re: huddersfield 2012I've already done the freshers halls thing and living with friends, going to Huddersfield for a post-grad so I'm moving into a privately rented one bed flat. There will be other students in the building but I won't have to share the kitchen and bathroom with strangers. Found it through gohaven.com, £100 a month (unfortunately bills aren't included, so more like £150 a month).(Original post by jmaconway)
Hey all,
I'm transferring over to Huddersfield form sunny Liverpool, I don't know what to do about accommodation!?!?!
I've already done halls, and it was a laugh, but defiantly a freshers thing. I've lived in a house with my mates the last few years and it's been pretty ideal, BUT I won't know anyone when I move to Hud so I won't have anyone to get a house with. What do I do??
Thanks
Or you could check out accomodationforstudents.com and see if there are any rooms in a shared house going, and then at least you know who you will be living with and have a chance to get to know them before you move in.
Hope it helps.
Good luck! -
