Re: The Apprentice 2012This. She was solely responsible for the failure of that task and demonstrated appalling management skills. People in the past have been fired for their performance as PM on a single task, so I'm confused.(Original post by rural_boy)
How? How did Jade not get fired... -
Re: The Apprentice 2012Cos it´s all bull****, really. Sugar changes the criteria whenever he feels like, and the reality is that the winner gets his investment, therefore if your business idea is **** he is gonna chuck you out regardless your performance in a task. Jade was clearly responsible but she may have a business plan more solid than that guy and therefore Sugar prefers to keep her. I don´t believe for a second that Sugar doesn´t know the candidates´business proposals in advance.(Original post by whyumadtho)

In which case they may aswell do like in Dragon´s Den, go there and present your business plan, cause setting tasks like selling loads of **** to a bunch of ***** that buy just because they want to appear on TV has little to do with "business". Tom for instance last year could have been fired 3 or 4 times if it was down to his performance in the tasks... but why did he survive till the end? cos despite his business plan was ****, he had some past inventions that could be marketed and be profitable, apart from his potential future ideas. So really, all the tasks thing is just a complete waste of time.Last edited by Dission; 03-05-2012 at 19:35. -
Re: The Apprentice 2012Azhar would never have become Lord Sugar's apprentice anyway.(Original post by Dission)

Re: The Apprentice 2012haha. For me, money is important. I do wanna wake up in the morning and know that I got millions in the bank(Original post by MrHappy_J)
Greed can be very ugly. -
Re: The Apprentice 2012You should go on the apprentice and come out with things like that. It would make very good entertainment.(Original post by The_Male_Melons)

Re: The Apprentice 2012I know right! Azhar didn't do anything bloody wrong, yeah he was being a bit of a girl, but her strategy was non existent, I would have been complaining as well.(Original post by whyumadtho)

Ridiculous. If I didn't despise the people who complain about TV shows so much, I would complain! -
Re: The Apprentice 2012Azhar was NOT trying to undermine Jade. He was simply trying to salvage the task for himself and the rest of the team. Jade redefines imbecile in my opinion. How she even got on the show in the first place is an enigma...(Original post by paddyman4)
Glad Azhar went. He spent the whole show trying to undermine Jade and set her up to be fired.
Jade was incompetent and Azhar was devious. I'd rather have the incompetent one stay, she annoys me less. -
Re: The Apprentice 2012But if he didn't ask what the plan is - then Sugar would have said why did no one bring up any issues? And why did they simply follow blindly.(Original post by paddyman4)

Besides he told Azhar to speak up more. Also he did tell her to to take more stock to the market, then funnily enough she denied that happened at all in the boardroom. Even Tom brought up Azhar's suggestion. That was a sly move. -
Re: The Apprentice 2012Hah can't say that word without going stra-ta-geh!(Original post by ~ Purple Rose ~)
Jade should have got fired, she had no idea of what she was doing at all, no concept of where to sell what, what was selling at all, how to price things.
Maybe she should have developed a strategy
