Mother's Financial information..

Not sure about this - My mother barely knows how to use a computer...let alone a email Lol - is it okay to make a account for her and just use it for the purpose of filling this in..
What information do they require off her specifically?
How about sitting down and doing it together? She provides the info, and you enter it.

TBH I can't remember exactly what they ask, but a big chunk of it will be proof of income, so she will need to look out her P60s etc.

From what I remember they require details of income, pension contributions, any benefits and if they have any dependants who will be in further/higher education in 2012/13. I agree with sitting down with her and doing it, this is how I did it.
