I called them up a week ago and they said the 15th, and then I called them up today and double checked and she said today

I do history, french and history of art at Durham.
Luckily, being at work is making the time difference go a bit quicker. i heard the most they give out finncial aid is about $2000 so I'm not really getting my hopes up too much! -
