Which Statistics and Decision Maths books should I buy? (S1 S2 D1 D2)
I'm teaching myself Statistics and Decision Maths and was going to buy the Keith Pledger books, as I used them for C1-C4 and they were pretty good, and the CD was very helpful. However, the comments on Amazon are warning me to steer clear of the Keith Pledger books for Decision Maths because they say it has many mistakes and waffles too much etc.

This is the book I'm talking about:

    Would you recommended this instead?:

I need to learn it fast and efficiently, and from what I've heard it's pretty tedious so I just want to make sure I buy the right book. I'd buy them both but I don't think I'd work as well flicking between copies, I just want the one.

Statistics books too, are Keith Pledger still good?

    Or should I opt for:

I was given the Oxford textbooks but bought the Keith Pledger ones instead because i didn't like them. I didn't notice any mistakes in the S1 book. Admittedly, i started my revision the day before the exam and got 100 UMS in January. The great thing about the book is that it's so easy to revise from. Everything you need to know is in there and the summary pages are amazing. If your going for the fast efficient approach i would definitely recommend the Keith Pledger books. The CD is a lifesaver.

I think I'm gonna go for Keith Pledger but would be great if I could get any more opinions?

I used the Oxford book for D1 and I'm currently using the Oxford book for S1. It was good for D1, but there are a lot of mistakes in the S1 book. Also, I've never looked at the Keith Pledger book for either module so I can't comment on it

I've used S1 & S2 Edexcel (keith pledger) and they were both fine, no idea about decision though.
