Well for 2 years, I attended my local college where I did a BTEC National Diploma in ICT, a Subsidiary Diploma in Graphics Design along with A levels.

Now when it came to collect my results (In both years 1 & 2 of the course) I only received the certificates for my A levels, and the Subsidiary Diploma, and not the National Diploma.

Now I know I was on track to pass the courses as I was above the number of units complete to achieve the minimum Pass-Pass grades.

Has anyone else experience anything similar to this? I know I should contact my old college and speak to them about it, but they laid off the ICT Department staff in the September just gone, so I don't know who I'd speak to.
