DSA Application

Hi

I am a mature student (25) and have an unconditional offer for September. I am applying for DSA on mental health grounds after reading through some of the threads here and realising that there is help available that I could benefit from and would make uni life a lot easier and less stressful for me.

I am not sure though how much detail I need to go into on the application form. I have put my dx and a list of the main symptoms that come with it, but do I need to talk about how it impacts my life and how it will impact on my studies? I am used to writing out a small essay for ESA/DLA application forms but I do not want to write out a huge amount and waste someones time when they have to read it if its not needed.
