I now have that Windows 8 preview on my computer which I love except it has mucked up my sound basically I have sound except it sounds like a radio that isn't tuned properly.

Any advice?

There would be problems, but try to check your sound card system on your motherboard up, they might have an update to solve it.

Its a preview, which means you are going to experience bugs. Im not sure whether there's anything you can do, unless you've searched on google.

What drivers you using?

You tried different versions of the drivers (e.g. for Windows 7, Windows XP, and so on - and seen if there is any change).

Are you using a desktop/laptop? If Desktop, on-board sound or sound card?

I assume you're using Windows 8 on a separate partition just to preview it, right? So your sound still works OK in your normal, everyday operational operating system?
