Norton safe web toolbarThe Norton safe Search toolbar has suddenly disappeared from Firefox and when I click:-
Tools -> Add-ons
It lists the add-ons but under "Norton Toolbar", the link is not clickable and it says "Not compatible with Firefox 3.6.18" and I upgraded to the latest Firefox and it still is not compatible, WHY?
Yet it is still compatible with Internet Explorer.
What is wrong with this and how can I make it compatible with Firefox again? -

So if God willing Symantec do update their add-ons will it become compatible again? It is suddenly no longer compatible with ANY versions of Firefox 3.6, is it compatible with Firefox 11 or whatever? -

Re: Norton safe web toolbarLast week, the add-on suddenly became compatible again but this morning all of a sudden I get the pop-up "1 new add-n extension has been added" or something like that and Norton toolbar is "not compatible with Firefox 3.6.28" again. Why? What the **** is going on and why can't it be compatible?
