Commiserations bud! Leeds & Keele declined me around this time last year too - the losers I'm sure you'll become a much stronger candidate for next years application. ok first things first ... masticate properly and remove seeds when possible ?( eg watermelon etc ) little smalls ones in strawberries you wont be able to. you dont have to remove seeds though you know they are like sweetcorn dont get digested. tommy tiernan has a brill joke about sweetcorn i cant find the vid though

so now it might be just be but if you ate that amount of fruit it should produce a healthy stool..... not just like someone poured a bad of seeds down the toilet. cause thats what it sounds like. do you eat anything else ? wholegrains ?

dont bother flushing or using lots of loo roll its just wasteful ... go get a pair of disposable rubber gloves and a bag. gather those pesky little seeds up using your gloved hands or use a tiny sieve. place in bag then remove gloves and insert them in bag aswell. then dump it.

grab some harpic and clean the toilet save your ma doing it !
