    Is this OCD?
I keep obsessing about stuff. Like if I've just started a new workout programme I think about it so much. Tweaking it etc. is this a sign of OCD?

No, I don't think so. OCD is when you feel compelled to do a certain action or something bad would happen.

It doesn't sound like OCD. OCD is a mental illness where you feel like there's something you have to do (for example hand washing or checking various things etc.) or something terrible will happen. If you don't do that thing then you may become extremely upset or angry.
It just sounds like you're into your new exercise program, which sounds like a good thing as long as it doesn't interfere with your everyday life.

    Agree with the others ^^

On a side note I cannot stand how many people claim to have OCD because they like to tidy up... I always make a point of confronting them as to what medication or help they take and they always shrug it off. It seems like people want to be labelled as having OCD and that really winds me up...

OCD is when you get repetitive, intrusive thoughts that make you may obsess about and try to resist but to no avail. This leads to performing compulsive acts to try and relieve those thoughts (such as counting, cleaning, checking), to such a degree that it affects your day to day life majorly.

Your brief description does not sound much like this, although I haven't spoken to you myself and you give a very brief account so I can't say with any authority.

Can't ever be sure without a full history but it sounds like you're just keen. If it effects your ability to function in day to day tasks then that's another matter.

    No its not.
I have OCD, and seriously, it's a nightmare, but I have to cycle 98 minutes everyday, and beat or at least meet my average speed. If I don't I keep repeating until I do. I completed it today, phew, but there's always something else, I have to arrange my room everytime I enter it before I can do anything, in the mornings, I'm always up at half 5 to check the lights on the stairs work and that all my belongings are still downstairs. Plenty more things too... Eurgh.

I have really weird obsessions and I know they are not rational and don't even know why I feel the need to do them. It happens a lot and has made me feel really down recently. I do think like roll me shoulders constant for a certain number of times, but if it doesnt feel perfect.. I repeat it lots of times. I do the same thing with pointing my toes, stretching(which I have to do a lot of because I'm a runner) - I repeat and repeat stretches until I end up hurting myself.. Sometimes if I do something and say I lose my balance, I'll repeat it until I feel I have done it perfectly, which I never do and eventually need to just tell myself to stop but It's really hard..
    Am I going crazy?

I am given to understand (and if anyone knows better feel free to tell me so) that OCD is a spectrum disorder. This means that alot of people will have OCD traits without actually having OCD. Its only when it starts to severey impact your life that it becomes true OCD. If you feel this is the case please go see a doctor. . .
