    Searching for a housmate 2012/13
    Hi,
I have a student house next year with a girl on my course - law (she is my current house mate too)
We are looking for a 3rd house mate to join us in a house next year - 4 bed house, looking to have 3 of us living there as the 4th room is small (we hope to use this as a spare room for storage or study)

Rent - £200.00 per month, not including bills, for this reason we would prefer a 2nd or 3rd year student who is going to be responsible enough to manage money and pay bills every month
bills approx £40 per person per month
Looking for a non - smoker

If you would be interested / require more details please email me
[Removed - please use PMs or post here]

    Emma
