Alright chaps I'll keep it brief.

Reapplying for SFE for my second year at UCL, last year had the max maintenance loan, fairly easy.

This time around however, I'm being told the max I can receive is £5436, when the actual max is ~ £7600. Strangely it says I can have a maintenance grant of up to 1500 ish but that makes no sense because I didn't have one for my first year and my parents financial status has hardly changed.

Only one form has made it home, the one to my mum. No sign of one for me or my dad to sign anywhere.

    Bloody SFE.

It's possible the thresholds have changed which has tipped you over into being eligible for a grant. Call SF if you're worried.
