Changing UCAS Course on Student Finance
    Hi

After having completed my student finance application I decided to upgrade my University course from a BSc in Chemistry to a MChem. When i went on my student finance application to change the details, the webpage kept telling me my course details were the same, even though the course codes were different. So because it wasn't letting me change the course for my first choice (York) I decided that i'd try to change the Uni to Sheffield, my second choice, and then revert it back to York, to see if that would work. It accepted the changes, but when i went to change the course back to York, i don't have the option to change my course:

Is this simply because there is a processing time on the student finance website, or is there a problem which i'm going to have to contact student finance about directly, to resolve it?

    Thanks
    Tom

You'll probably have to contact them. There have been many students reporting not being able to choose their correct course in this cycle.

Ok, I'll ring them now, on an 0845 number, no doubt.
