I know, it was meant to come across as light hearted exaggeration. £20m will do great things for the Law School.
Although it is slightly unlucky that the common room in the law school is also called 'Willies'.

I've just been awarded a Dickson Poon scholarship, and holy crap is it generous.

I'd have changed my own name for £6k a year, never mind the name of the law school.

High five scholarship buddy! I seem to remember reading in the times that up to 75 people would be getting scholarships following the investment, but I don't know how accurate that is.

I though the scholarship message was one of those "Congratulations on being the 1 millionth visitor" scam emails at first.
It just seemed unrealistic someone had awarded me 18 grand for my "academic excellence" so I can only assume I got because I'm a mature student/international.

Had to google it to make sure it was real and ended up in this thread so... seems legit (Y). Congratz guys.
