Re: have you or someone you know ever been on TVI was on ITV Anglia news when i was in year 6 because the head teacher of my primary school banned hot cross buns. They asked me if I liked hot cross buns and I just said 'they're alright'
I was on the news again when a girl in my high school had a heart transplant in year 10. -

Someone I knew from college was in the audience for Jeremy Kyle.
Someone I went to uni with was in the background of an episode of antiques roadshow.

Re: have you or someone you know ever been on TVI used to live in Greece and when I was about 4 we got snowed in (it was the worst snowstorm for 20 years apparently) so the news teams came over to everyone's house and they asked me a bunch of questions, and in the end it got prime time on the biggest TV network in the country (EI1) :P

basically have you or someone you know(whether that be a friend , or someone from school or college) or a family member ever appeared on TV or appeared in a newspaper. also has your school or college ever featured on the news?
when my brother was getting in GCSE results , he was shown for about 5 seconds on Granda Reports
a footballer called Ivan Klansic came to visit my school to talk to the pupils(i had left by this time) and that was featured on Granda Reports. -

Re: have you or someone you know ever been on TVI've been in local newspapers a few times - once for being part of 3 sets of twins in the same year,
- once for our cat coming first in a pet competition (he had the loudest purr),
- once for taking part in an interior design competition with the 60 minute makeover guy
TV wise, my aunty has been on BBC news to promote one of her plays she was in,
My school has featured on BBC news, although not for a good reason (we had a hammer attack when i was in year 7 and i saw everything, still remember it now)
mutual friends and all so weird! haha
