What's De Montfort like for Fine Art?
I wondered if there are any current Fine art students at De Montfort? What are the positives and negatives in general, is Leicester a nice place to live as a student? Thank you 
i'm not sure about fine art, but i know a handful of people who go/went there and hated it, quite a few dropped out/transferred to other unis. i have a friend there who likes to go out drinking all the time and such who says that EVERYONE is there for the party rather than to get a good degree, which actually annoyed me quite a bit as i'm sure that's not true! but basically, i haven't heard many good things about it.
