Depends how you mean. If you mean in terms of the religion's teachings, it has to be Buddhism. If you mean in terms of how the religion is practised today, it's Jainism. Buddhism is one of the only religions that forbids all violence, even in self defence: Buddha himself said that "Even if bandits were to carve you up savagely, limb by limb, with a two-handled saw, he among you who let his heart get angered even at that would not be doing my bidding".

Take away the bad apples in all religions and each religion is essentially peaceful. However, having said that, I do think that Buddhism and Hinduism are, by their very nature, more peaceful than other religions in general.

Cos I asked a mod to change my original options but I think they got a bit confused as to what I was asking for them to do.

Yeah that's mainly the gist of it. Although variation can occur due to mutation, usually when the genes are being copied and something goes slightly wrong. The wording of the seocnd bold bit makes it seem like you're referring to evolution but you said variation. If there's nothing to cause an organism to need to evolve it won't, but there will still be variations of genes in the population, we wouldn't all become exactly the same.
    Oh, ok cool
    I get ya
