    Programming EPQ?
I want to start an EPQ on programming.
Preferably, I'd like to write a program with a GUI involving some maths. I saw someone's idea of a lunar lander simulator which I think is a very good idea, but don't want to steal it outright but can't think of another one. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

I can't remember the EPQ guidlines too well, but simulation of some kind are always good computing problems providing you have the Maths to back it up. The Mars Rovers would be quite interesting, also simulating the behavior of swarm robotics could be very interesting?

Not for an EPQ, but at school I wrote a program to crack the National Cipher Challenge codes. Something like that might be interesting.
