Is it possible for you to do A levels or the International Baccalaureate? If so, I would recommend those.
I'm not sure about the English, however I do know that some Universities have courses which can improve your English skills, for example, Newcastle University have a programme called INTO Newcastle University - 'Improve your English language skills with an INTO General English at Newcastle University. Our highly qualified teaching and support staff help you to study English and experience British culture in the heart of London.'

    Hope I could help!
