Electronics - PICAXE - Using Basic in logicator

Hello,
Can anyone help me in writing a program for my CA. I have used an 18m2 PICAXE but didn't know that all the outputs had to be on b pins and inputs on c pins to use Logicator, so I have a mixture of both. Luckily all my keypad inputs/outputs are on the correct ones.
I have had to start writing my program in Logicator because I don't understand how to program the keypad to remember/check pin numbers in BASIC.
In order to use the outputs and inputs on the wrong pins I have to use BASIC in Logicator. It's just LEDs and Reed Switches, so nothing too complicated.
How do I use decisions in BASIC, that make the program go to a sub-routine in Logicator?
For example, if the Reed Switch on pin b.4 goes off, go to routine 'Alarm'.

Thanks
