Yeah I remember you saying. There's several classes at my gym but I struggle to find the time.
I've just started a daily stretching routine that has 3 different types of stretch: isometric, dynamic and relaxed. If they don't do much good I'll probably try pilates. My flexibility was really starting to annoy me and it would often cause injury.
