Personality of a manager predicts manager’s leadership style, which will in turn, affects employee’s performance (Hogan, 2011). However, employee engagement and entrepreneurship may be affected by individual’s personality, as well (Hogan).

Hi,

I'm sorry it's indeed a bit irritating. But it's not absolutly necassary to be British to take part at my study. It would be enough to live in Britain and feel somehow connected to Britain.
