Is it possible for me to get fit?
I'm having a very hard time getting fit. I've been doing workout DVDs for the past month or so and still find myself exhausted after about 2 minutes! I'm not overweight, but I have always hated exercise and used to do none besides walking around school etc. I don't know where to start! I want to get fit, and it's supposed to get easier the more you do, but that doesn't seem to be happening. I eat a balanced healthy diet, so I don't think that's the problem. Help!!

It's possible for everyone to get fit in theory. What limits people is their mind rather than their body (excluded cases of medical conditions). If you've spent years sitting about you can't expect to get fit without putting the work in. So yes, patience

Bloody workout dvd's, throw that **** in the bin, don't even give it to charity you won't be helping anyone.

Get a cheap pair of running trainers and some comfy clothes, and do this http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml in 9 weeks you will be running for 30 minutes non stop.

“Every morning in Africa, a Gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a Lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest Gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a Lion or a Gazelle... when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.”
