I live in Caerleon halls, one of the seafront residencies.
This is a picture of my bunk bed after I took off the top and turned it into a double bed since my bunk mate moved out. Best. Decision. Ever. Hopefully it gives you a bit of an idea of the room. Just out of sight on the left I have a wardrobe and on the right is my desk.
I'll try and find some more pictures.
Pretty self-explanatory. This was before I made my double bed (my bunk mate had moved out already though). Atm the bed comes just up behind the swivel chair. But that's more my fault cause it's not really built to do that...
My bunk bed before I dismantled it. (Sorry for ****e quality.)
This shot hopefully gives you a rough idea of the kitchen. (I used to share a room with this guy....)
This is the other end of the kitchen, and shows you our table. (It's basically one of those crappy tables that schools buy because they're cheap in bulk). We also have 2 fridges, 2 microwaves and for some unbeknownst reason, 3 kettles. Also an ironing board, but seriously, who uses that?! xD.
If someone PMs me or reposts in this thread sometime post April 23rd when I'm back, I can take pictures of specific things people want to see. I could also get pictures of a house in PJM and a huge flat in Pumlumon. (The kitchen has enough space to ride a shopping trolley in, trust me, we tried it.)
I hope no one thinks I'm really weird for owning this video, but I think it gives a good impression of my 1st year flat.
I'm someone that likes to collect memories: objects, momentos and that sort of thing. I realised I was going to miss my 1st year flat (due to to all the very happy memories I've had there) so I decided on a whim that I would take a video of the journey that I would take pretty much every day: the journey from my room to the outside of the flat's front door.
