What do you LIKE about your body?
To combat the other thread of listing things you dislike.

Could be something you used to hate, but by making the relevant lifestyle changes have improved, and therefore love AND are proud of,

Or just something that's always been there, that others have brought your attention to, or you just like.

I have never met anybody who is entirely happy with their body, and I have never met anybody who has got healthy physically or mentally by constantly focusing on the bad points.

I like my legs and my bum. I was anorexic and looked like I had chicken legs before, but now they're toned. I love having a few curves back I'm pretty happy with my body apart from my tummy, but I have times when I love that too. Also always hated my feet because they're quite big (size 8 or 8 1/2) but it means they always have my size in a sale!

    Legs and bum

And feet actually. As feet go, I think they're pretty good.

Pretty much the whole thing except my waist.

    BODY LOVE COMMENCE
Focusing on the bad points is what motivates people to go out and change them in the first place.

"I like my body" are words that do not usually precede a fitness regimen.

You're going to have to be more specific, my friend.
