Started workout + diet 2 weeks ago, notice any change?
I had posted here 2 weeks ago, with pics and asked how fat I looked. I have since started swimming for an hour everyday and have been on a diet. I obviously don't expect any major changes since it's been only 2 weeks but is there any change at all? I do feel fitter. Pics below:
