    I have an essay on consumer protection act 1987, can anyone advise me on what loopholes the act has whci i can refer to and the reforms intended, how far they have reached and what may be worked on in the future.

    Would be great help thanks

    Some might see the development risks defence as a "loophole", for which see commission v uk, A v National Blood... Have you any specific questions about the Act?
