Fair enough  Good luck, Geography is amazing - but Im only really keen on the human stuff so decided not to apply for it - seeing as physical appears in even the BA courses aha !

Yeah I prefer human stuff, but I love the Cambridge course all the same :')

I went to my oxford interview last year in a shirt and chinos and I met a girl in a wolverine t-shirt, jeans and pink boots and a boy in a suit. You should wear what you feel comfortable in.

If it's going to bother you that the other applicants may (or may not) be in suits, then wear a suit.

On a purely unrelated matter, any Sidney Sussex applicants sending work off at the moment that are hiding in the wings of this thread?

Yup! I am planning to send my written work to Sidney Sussex in the next couple of days. I just got their interview letter today, now the clock is ticking, I am starting to panic. :\ What are you applying for?

Haha no, Selwyn Geography, I was just wondering :')

Ooh - another Selwyn applicant! Anyone else here applied for Selwyn?
Hi I was wondering if any of you could possibly help me a little? For hsps at St Catz I've been asked to provide the Dos with a shortened version of my EPQ, and she wants a statement of aims/intent as well as an introduction, so I was wondering what is the difference between a statement of intent and an introduction? Thank you so much!

It's interesting you say that, as the person who does the general interviews for our college mathmos is a specialist in autism...

Who would that be then, I wonder... (!)

What kind of questions does said "expert" ask regarding autism?

PM if you'd rather not answer on public forum.

The handing over of the Cambridge applicants thread torch...

Let's just take in the fact that we finished our thread before the Oxford one ('◠‿◠)

Out of interest is there any other Selwyn Economics applicants, or am I the only one?

No, I think the point of the post you replied to was that it was a somewhat curious coincidence that the person who happened to be giving the general interview for maths applicants also happened to be an expert on autism. But they weren't going to ask questions on autism, they would ask questions about yourself, your outside interests, what you like to do, etc. (St Johns conduct a general interview to calm applicants down before the real interview and to get them used to the process a little.).

Edit: interesting that I got #9999.
I don't think I'm going to be active on these threads anymore.
