Anyone going to be studying in Barcelona this coming academic year?????
Hey, I'm moving to Barcelona sometime around Aug/Sept and I think halls might be too expensive so looking to get a flat!

Also, this summer, looking to get a flat with someone in London as I want to work there for the summer!

    Hello!
I´m going to be studying one semester at the UAB from september as part of my programme here in Sweden. According to the information I´ve recieved flats are much more expensive than the halls, unless you don´t have anything against living a bit outside of the city..

I'm probably going to Barca from September to study at the GSE. I heard the students residence hall is super expensive regarding to living prices in the city.
Zlatan11 could you tell how much should be the approx average price to rent a room in the city? Just to have an orientation number.

I just know one residence (http://www.residenciaonix.com/en) but it's one of the most expensive here i guess, i heard there are lots of americans there lol. So yes, they're really expensive if you're looking for a quality one.
And about shared flats, i think the right price you should pay to rent a room is about 300-350 €. Don't take rooms for more than 400 €.
Check this out: http://www.habitatgejove.com/webv2c/en/index.htm this website focuses on the accomodation for students (flats, rooms and residence halls) so it can be useful!

    I checked this one http://www.resa.es/eng/Residences/La.../Course-prices
and the prices seem to me very high. Its about 500 if you include registration fees. So I should rather check for flatshares I guess. Thank you for the link!

Yes, it seems that about 500-600 euros is the average per month for halls :/
