    ''How can you add value to our company?'' Question - help please!
    Hi,
    I'm applying for an Accountancy placement and one of the screening questions is 'How can you add value to XXX'?
    Anyone got any ideas how best to answer this?
    Thanks for any help.

    You should read through the company's core values and see how you fit in with them as well as tell them about what you can provide them.
